Custom and personalized orders
Leave us all custom information in the Personalization box. While you're in your checkout screen you will see a box that says "note to seller" or Personalization Box, you will just add all of your personalization and specifications that fit your needs in there.
If you miss this - no worries! Place your order and convo us with your customization details.
Please leave us precise and clear instructions, double check your spellings and instructions as we will Copy and Paste what you provide to us at purchase.

What if I have my own Quotation / Wording instead of the one posted?
Sure! Your order can always be customized the way you want it.
Just go ahead and purchase the posted product and leave us all the instructions regarding your order in the "Note to seller" section at checkout. Your custom order will be made.

Are you able to put custom image / Logo to replace what you have on your product displayed?
Sure enough! Place your order and convo us with your customization details and preferred image / Logo.
When will my order ship / What is your processing time / Turn around Period?
Our regular processing time is 1-3 days for all our products.
Leave us precise and clear instructions, double check spellings and address as we will Copy and Paste what you provide to us.
Processing time during busy seasons may go to 4-7 Days. It is helpful to order in time rather than wait until later.
Can I send this to someone directly?
Yes! Fill out the recipients address in the 'Ship To' section at check out. We can include a handwritten note for you {free of charge}. Just leave us all the instructions regarding your Note in the "Note to seller" section at checkout too.
We DO NOT include pricing in our packages, so you're all set there.
Do you send drafts for preview?
We send drafts on a few selected items.
How many hearts can you make on your heart plaque / What if I need more hearts attached?
We will make any number of hearts to meet your need.
Our standard heart plaque has 5 (five) Hearts. You will have to purchase the Standard heart plaque and then add to your shopping cart any additional hearts desired. Please follow the link below to purchase the additional hearts.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized products due to the nature of the product being personalized just for you.
We cannot remove the personalization because they're permanently marked.
This is why it is very important to leave us precise and clear instructions, double check your spellings and instructions as we will Copy and Paste what you provide to us at purchase.
